suggestion for reporting llllll leechers
I notice more and more often that leechers can not be reported in (JQ, RA, FA, etc) , because they use in name characters that are dual, like capital i (I) and small L (l). In game these characters are indistinguishable and therefore some leet leechers found out to call their figures "lll smartass lll" or whatever combination.
Already with 3 or more of these the number of combinations is huge, with the result they cannot be reported (name does not exist).
My suggestion is to make reporting easier and use their party number instead of their in game names.
for example:
"/report 2" instead of "/report llllll leet leecher llll", when the leecher is the second player in the party list

You can already kind of do this by:

Just make sure they're highlighted.

Actually, the number of combinations for that example, and any example, is just one. Guild Wars only allows you to put capitals on the first letter of each word in your name. So, the name can only be Ill Smartass Ill (in other words, capital i small L small L Smartass capital i small L small L). Not to mention what Katsumi said.

while it can be confusing if you don't know how the capital lowercase system works, this is no issue, as explained by above.
If you see lll in a name, it's really ILL. When creating GW names, for characters and guilds, except for guild tags you cannot control the capitalizing and lowercasing.

Submit a request using the Ask a Question link on Arena.net. Give them the best approximation you have of their name, time it happened, what the deal was, which outpost you were in, everything you can and they will do the rest.

like Katsumi pointed out. Click the player on your party list then type /report it automatically uses that players name that is highlighted.
